Even if the weather does cool off soon, it’s always a good time for a healthy smoothie.
Fruity Gluten-Free Smoothie
Makes 2-3 servings
1 ripe banana, peeled and cut up
1 cup frozen berries of your choice.
(I used strawberries, blackberries and blueberries.)
¼ cup chilled pomegranate juice
1 cup vanilla yogurt
Combine ingredients in a blender, cover and blend until smooth. Pour into glasses.
